The All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) has expelled its Member of Legislative Council (MLC) Mirza Rahmath Baig from the party with immediate effect, citing an alleged video leak issue.
In a statement, AIMIM Joint Secretary S.A. Hussain Anwar said Baig had been expelled from the party and was directed to immediately submit his resignation as a member of the Legislative Council to its Chairman.
