1. The Record-Breaking NumbersWinning Bid Rate
₹269 crore per acre for a 5.38-acre land parcel (Plot P2). Winning Bidder: Hyderabad-based Vamsiram Builders. Total Value of Plot P2: ₹1,447.22 crore added to the state coffers. Reserve Price: Set at ₹175 crore per acre, meaning the final bid achieved a premium of over 52%.
2. Back-to-Back Auction Success
This historic bid came just days after another major auction in the same corridor:August 21 Auction (Plot P1): MSN Realty acquired 5.25 acres at ₹264 crore per acre, totaling ₹1,386 crore. Combined Revenue: Together, the two auctions yielded ₹2,833.22 crore for 10.63 acres, at an average rate of ₹266.53 crore per acre. Previous Benchmark: Surpassed the previous record of ₹237 crore per acre achieved in May 2026
